Where Winds Meet: Global Launch Events and Rewards

Where Winds Meet is now live globally, including here in the Philippines. The newest free-to-play (F2P) open-world Wuxia action-adventure RPG is available to download on PC (via Steam, Epic Games Store, and the official website - www.wherewindsmeetgame.com) and PlayStation 5 platforms. 'First original Wuxia open-world ARPG' and 'no P2W'

Where Winds Meet features full cross-play and cross-progression support. As an F2P game, it avoids pay-to-win (P2W) mechanics for fair gameplay. In a statement, NetEase Games and Everstone Studio said, "we have no P2W here."

It doesn't have paywalls or predetermined paths. Everything is free. PvP, PvE, and casual activities all provide rewards for progression. Play what you enjoy, and the rewards align with your choices. The game's monetization is only centered on appearances (like skins) and battle passes.

As per developers, Where Winds Meet "seamlessly blends Wuxia themes with open-world gameplay." Set in 10th-century China during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period, the game lets players become a wandering sword master in a fractured world.

Where Winds Meet combines historical aspects with Wuxia fantasy in a big, open world with over 20 regions. Player choices can make NPC characters allies or enemies. Master over 40 Martial Mystic Arts and use weapons (like spears and swords) and special skills (like Lion's Roar and Tai Chi).

Over 150 hours of adventure await lone swordsmen or teams of up to four. PVP battles challenge your talents. Pick a job role like doctor or bounty hunter to create your legend and choose good or evil in a world of freedom and discovery.

To celebrate the global launch (Nov 14, 2 PM PST/Nov 15, 6 AM GMT+8), Where Winds Meet is offering players a range of special rewards, including over 180 free cosmetics (outfits and accessories) and various emotes and decorations.
