GlobeOne App: Buy Load, Promos, Redeem Rewards, Vouchers

GlobeOne App is an all-in-one mobile app by Globe Telecom that gives subscribers an easy way to manage their accounts. The app allows subscribers to conveniently load their accounts, register promos, redeem rewards and vouchers, and do other account management activities. It is available to Globe Prepaid, TM (Touch Mobile), Globe Prepaid WiFi, Mobile WiFi (Pocket WiFi), Globe Postpaid, and Globe At Home broadband.

How to use GlobeOne App?

Here's the step-by-step tutorial on how you can use the GlobeOne App.

1. Download the GlobeOne App on Google Play Store (for Android devices), Apple App Store (for iOS), or AppGallery (for Huawei phones with no Google Mobile Services).

2. Open the GlobeOne App.

3. You can log in or register for an account using your Globe or TM SIM number and nominate a 6-digit PIN.

4. Add and name your Globe/TM/Globe at Home accounts. When adding an account, GlobeOne will send an OTP code via text to the number being enrolled.

5. Explore and discover all the features of the app.

Notes:

• An internet connection or mobile data is required to access the app.
• The app's system requirements are iOS 14.0 and above and Android 5.0 Lollipop OS and above.
• Add and manage up to 10 accounts. You can also remove accounts.

Prepaid features

GlobeOne App offers different features for Globe Prepaid, TM, and Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi users, including:

• Load or top-up your account using your GCash or Debit/Credit Card.
• Register promos for calls, texts, and data.
• Payment methods include GCash, Charge to Own Load, or Credit/Debit Card.
• Link your GCash account and see its balance.
• Easily monitor promo subscriptions by viewing data, content, call, and text usage status in the app's dashboard.
• Quickly check your account's load balance.
• View Globe Rewards points earned and redeem rewards (promos and vouchers).
• Send rewards as a gift, which can be done three times a day.
• Loan load or promo (MBSOS, COMBOSOS, TXTSOS, and more).
• View transaction history (load, data, promos, calls, texts, rewards).
• Purchase content subscription (Disney+, Prime Video, Spotify, Viu, Crunchyroll, iQiyi, Vivamax, and more).
• Buy Super Xclusive promos (like UnliGo) and Tambayan Xclusive promos.
• Globe Prepaid users can access other in-app features like GoCREATE (create your own promo) and GoRENEW (promo registration auto-renewal service).
• Globe Prepaid subscribers can also play skill-based hyper-casual games via the Games section for a chance to win Rewards points. Earned Rewards points from GoGAMES are only valid for 30 days upon receipt.

Postpaid Features

Subscribers of Globe Postpaid Mobile, Broadband (GFiber), and other postpaid plans can also take advantage of the following GlobeOne features set for them:

• Easily monitor plan subscriptions by viewing data, content, call, and text usage status in the app's dashboard.
• Check plan details (plan, MSF, cutoff date, contract end date, spending limit).
• Online Payment or promo through Credit Card/Debit Card, GCash and Charge to Load.
• Link your GCash account and see its balance.
• Monitor Globe Rewards points earned and redeem rewards (promos and digital vouchers).
• Send rewards as a gift, which can be done once a day.
• View bills statement.
• View bills payment (Official Receipt). Available for current and previous months up to 24 months.
• Check account status: Overdue bill (know if you're past due already); Bill due date; Active, inactive, or disconnected.
• Pay your postpaid plan's bill.
• Reconnection (Auto-reconnection will be processed for full payment). This can be raised through chat (via the HELP icon).
• Account Modification Requests. This can be raised via chat (via the HELP icon).
• Globe Postpaid mobile subscribers can subscribe to various add-ons.
• Globe At Home Postpaid customers can register Add Volume Boost.
• Purchase premium content subscriptions for various video streaming apps and more.

The GlobeOne app is convenient when monitoring current subscription and data consumption, registering promos, reloading accounts, viewing billing statements, bills payment, and more transactions.

With GlobeOne, users can also pay other bills using GCash as a payment method. Just tap the "More" menu and select "Pay other billers." The app will display all non-Globe billers available. Categories include Airlines and Tickets, Cable and Internet, Credit Cards, Government Agencies, Loans and Insurances, Telecoms, Online Partners, Power Utilities, Water Utilities and Others.
