Huawei is expanding its EMUI 11 update rollout for its eligible devices in various regions.
Huawei has released an official EMUI 11 rollout schedule, including eligible devices, regions/countries, and EMUI 11 launch dates. This rollout schedule reveals how Huawei plans to distribute the Global EMUI 11 update to eligible Huawei smartphone users worldwide.
2022 UPDATE:
One thing to keep in mind is that this rollout plan only applies to open market phones, not for carrier-locked phones. On the other hand, Carrier may take some time to implement EMUI 11 due to their own software policies.
The creative Always on Display designs and clock themes, improved multi-window mode, smoother UI animations, enhanced multi-screen collaboration, Huawei Share, and document scanner are among the EMUI 11's new features.
Below is the EMUI 11 Update Plan as of May 28, 2021.

Notes:
This article will be updated upon new information.
The list of eligible devices and schedule dates are subject to change.
This rollout plan is related to the open line models and not for carrier-locked phones.
This list is for global markets.
For Huawei users in the Philippines, check out the Asia Pacific region from the list above.
The EMUI 11 skin update is still based on the Android 10 operating system. But we'll be most likely to see some Huawei models getting an Android 11 update in the future. It's also possible that several Huawei units will receive the company's proprietary operating system, HarmonyOS (Hongmeng OS).
