According to realme, Note 60 is "poised to set new benchmarks as one of the most affordable and durable phones on the market, priced at just PHP 4,999 for its base variant."

To recall, in January 2024, realme Note 50 was the first smartphone in the series to be released. It broke records as the fastest-selling smartphone on TikTok Shop, selling 4K units within minutes of its release.

Durability Tested

The realme Note 60, which retains an affordable price and boasts specifications that make it "Tough as Steel," has revolutionized the series. This new model is highly resistant to bends, drops, and scratches, thanks to ArmorShell Protection.

In order to show the realme Note 60's durability, the realme team conducted a series of unique tests. Strength test videos were uploaded to the official realme PH Facebook page to observe its performance under stress.

The traditional footwear was substituted with the realme Note 60 in a creative adaptation of the popular Filipino street game Tumbang Preso. The phone sustained negligible damage despite being thrown about.

The realme Note 60 was also subjected to a rage room test, which involved hurling and smashing it against a variety of surfaces. The phone was used to substitute a conventional air hockey mallet in another experiment. In both scenarios, it demonstrated extraordinary resilience in the face of every impact, exhibiting no indications of surface damage.

Moreover, the device was subjected to a knife scratch test and a classic drop test from a height of 1.5 meters, and it emerged unscathed. Additionally, it was utilized as a "makeshift chopping board" for vegetables.

In spite of these extreme challenges, the entry-level smartphone showcased remarkable resistance to impacts, bends, and scratches.

Additionally, it received a TÜV Rheinland High-Reliability Certification and has an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance. The realme Note 60 is an absolute juggernaut of durability, prepared for any expedition.
