Tarisland will launch globally on June 21, 2024. Players can download the game on Android, iOS, and Windows PC platforms. Developer Tencent and publisher Level Infinite prepared some information that could be helpful to players. Check out the FAQs (frequently asked questions) below.
What is Tarisland?
It is a free-to-play classic MMORPG available for PC, Android, and iOS platforms. Players start an epic journey through a huge world that keeps expanding. The world is full of interesting stories, difficult dungeons and raids, and a wide range of classes and specializations to discover.
About Server and Time
Players from all countries and regions are able to commence their adventure in Tarisland on either the South America, North America, Europe, Eastern Europe, or Asia server. The server launch time in these regions will vary due to the varying time zones.

Meanwhile, the server reset time varies depending on the region, and it is specific to certain in-game features, bosses, and events.
Daily and weekly resets will take place at 04:00 (based on the server's local time) or following the completion of any scheduled maintenance. The detailed scheduling is contingent upon the displayed in-game content.
Server Launch Rewards
The cute Siamese pet can be claimed by any player who downloads Tarisland and logs in. Players who signed up ahead of time on the official website will also get the Prosperity Seeker dog as a pet and a noble Unicorn Mount.
The game has more than one hundred free mounts and appearances that can be earned through tasks and log-ins. Rewards are also awarded for interacting with the various gameplays.
Game Overview
As a raiding-focused cross-platform MMO game, Tarisland is adamant about making a fair world that is just plain fun. The game has an expansion-style seasonal format, with new maps, dungeons, stories, and gameplays added each season. This allows both new and experienced gamers to enjoy the thrill of gaming and feel a sense of success after completing a level. Players must have a basic idea of how to fight and the abilities of bosses. Players can win battles in dungeons of different levels of difficulty by carefully combining their equipment and talents and working well with their teammates.
There are 9 Classes in Season 0: Warrior, Paladin, Ranger, Barbarian Fighter, Shadow Swordsman, Bard, Priest, Mage, and Phantom Necro. Each Class has two specializations, a variety of Talents, and a unique ultimate. The long-awaited dual-gender classes will also be added over time, starting with the Mage and Paladin at the official launch.
Tarisland will have five 5-player dungeons, eight 10-player raid bosses, and a variety of PvE gameplay modes, including Dark Invasion, Arcane Realm, and Universal Hall. Because the game is based on raiding, each dungeon is made with a different level of difficulty so that players with varied goals and gaming devices can all enjoy the fun of starting from scratch and making a legend.
Along with PvP gameplay like the Arena, the official launch will also include leisure activities, such as professions, fishing, world exploration, and mini-games in the amusement park. In Tarisland, you can pick your own journey.

Here are some of the answers by the Tarisland development team to players' most asked questions regarding the game.
I failed to enter the server due to unsuccessful character creation. What will I do?
Considering a large number of players will be logging onto the server on the opening day, to avoid cases of failure to enter the server due to unsuccessful character creation, we strongly recommend that all players enter the game and complete the initial experience after character creation (until your character awakens in a cave and engages in a conversation with Jeya). This will ensure the accurate storage of your character data on the server.
What is the size of the installation package for the official launch version of Tarisland?
- PC - 25GB: A computer requires a minimum of 30GB of available storage.
- Android - 1.45GB / iOS - 3.17GB: Mobile phones/tablets need to reserve at least 15GB of storage.
Why do I encounter issues with screen adaptation, lag, and overheating even though my device meets the recommended configurations?
We will continue to optimize compatibility and adaptation. If your device meets the required specifications but you still experience severe lagging, overheating, or other issues during gameplay, please click on the in-game support option to provide feedback. We will gather information to optimize compatibility for your device [further].
If I encounter installation errors or failures during the download and installation process, what should I do?
Possible reasons are as follows:
- The installation package may be corrupted. It is recommended to completely delete the previous installation package and try downloading the game again for reinstalling.
- Please clear the cache and ensure that your device has enough space, then re-download the game for reinstallation (for PC, it is recommended to install [it on] a path using only English characters).

What should I do if I encounter issues such as bugs, black screen errors, or crashes during gameplay?

How to claim Top-Up Rebates?

Can I claim my rewards on iOS if I made top-ups on Android during the playtest?
Top-up rebates are tied to the account and can be claimed across different systems as long as [they are in] the same account. However, rebates cannot be transferred to a different account, so please ensure you log in to the game with the same account used during the second CBT.
Why can't I see the server in my region? How do I change server regions?
If you can't see the server in your region, it might be due to the following reasons:
- Please ensure that the region associated with your account matches your actual location. The country/region you choose when registering for an LI Pass account at https://tarisglobal.com/ will determine the server list you can see. You can check your current region in the Account Center of the PC launcher. If you wish to modify the region associated with your account, please log into the game using the corresponding account and contact the in-game customer service on the right side of the main page for assistance.
- Please make sure that your region has reached the server opening time.
- Make sure you have correctly installed the latest client and completely removed the previous one. If you are a PC player and ever participated in the Tarisland testing, please check if there is a folder at %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Demo, and if so, delete it.
I participated in the Second CBT recharge rebate event, but I can't find any relevant information at the moment. What should I do?

After the game has launched, you can claim your rewards on the official website. You first need to create a character successfully in the game, and then you can log in to your LI Pass account on the official website and choose the character [for which] you would like to claim the rewards.
