realme C67 is the mobile brand's latest premium entry-level phone, released in the Philippines on February 1, 2024, with a price tag of PHP 9,999 for the 8GB+128GB variant and PHP 10,999 for the 8GB+256GB variant.
realme C67, dubbed "Champion Redefined," is the newest addition to realme C Series, the brand's entry-level lineup. Among its main features are a 108MP 3x In-Sensor Zoom Camera, Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 octa-core chipset, and 6.72-inch 90Hz FHD+ IPS Display in a 7.59mm Ultra Slim Design.
Like the realme C55 and realme C53, the realme C67 also comes with a "Mini Capsule" feature (version 2.0), which can show various notifications on the display's punch-hole, such as music playback, weather, and events (like meeting reminders), in addition to charging and battery status, mobile data usage, and step stats.
Thankfully, we got our hands on the realme C67 (4G) in Sunny Oasis color. Before we delve deeper into the unboxing and review, let us first take a look at its specifications.

Design and Build Quality
First and foremost, the realme C67 phone we have on hand comes in Sunny Oasis color, which exudes stunning reflections when viewed from different angles. The back panel features a Three-Color Gradient Coating Process with 60,000 individual stripes that create a unique visual effect when the light hits the device at various angles.
The realme C67 phone features an ultra-slim design, measuring only 7.59mm thin and weighing 185 grams, despite having a large 5000mAh battery. The body design takes inspiration from nature and incorporates subtle finishes throughout. Further, ergonomics were well-considered, with a squared-off body and a 90° angle for each rounded corner. It's easy to grip the phone even when held with one hand. Its plastic body is pleasingly smooth to the touch. The good thing is it doesn't attract fingerprint smudges. For the rear camera module, realme C67 has an embedded "Dual Golden Lens Mount" or gold-colored halo rings around the lenses, which are designed with a pill-shaped streak for a streamlined look.
The realme C67 display's plastic bracket was removed for a seamless integration into the body and a refined look, resulting in a better overall hand feel. Also, the phone's enclosures have been improved to make it IP54 Dust & Water Resistant for added protection, giving you peace of mind in case of accidental splashes and scratches or other incidents.
On the right-hand side of the realme C67, you will find a volume button and a fingerprint reader (which doubles as a power button). Moving to the bottom, you will find a 3.5mm headphone jack, a microphone, a USB-C port, and a speaker grill with four holes. At the top, there's a single-hole speaker grill. On the top left side, there's a triple card slot for two nano-SIM cards and a dedicated microSD card for up to 2TB.
Notably, the realme C67 features two built-in stereo speakers that provide a more immersive audio experience when playing media directly from the device. This is a significant improvement over most devices at this entry-level price point, which typically have only one single downward-firing loudspeaker.
According to realme, the realme C67 smartphone has gone through over 320 rigorous tests, which include 4,000 cycles of booting and rebooting, 500,000 clicks of the power button, 150,000 clicks of the volume rocker buttons, and 20,000 cycles of plugging and unplugging the USB cable. It has also been subjected to temperature tests at extreme conditions ranging from -40°C to 75°C for 300 hours. Furthermore, the device has undergone long-term high-temperature and high-humidity tests at 65°C and 95% relative humidity for 21 days.
Display
The 6.72-inch IPS LCD display on realme C67 boasts a high 90Hz refresh rate and a good 180Hz touch sampling rate, resulting in a smooth browsing experience on social media apps such as Facebook. Further, it has a Full HD+ resolution at 1080x2400 px for vibrant colors and a great viewing experience, especially when streaming videos on YouTube.
The display's plastic bracket was removed for a sleeker look. The front panel also has very thin bezels that result in a screen-to-body ratio of 91.4%. Its top-centered punch-hole cutout houses the 8-megapixel selfie camera. The earpiece is located above the camera.
Camera Quality
The camera department of realme C67 is comprised of dual rear cameras (108MP main + 2MP depth) and an 8MP selfie camera on the display's punch-hole. Check out the photos I've captured with this budget-friendly phone.
The realme C67 boasts an impressive 108MP 3x In-Sensor Zoom Camera that uses a Samsung HM6 Sensor. This camera has a generous size of 1/1.67" that allows for excellent light intake, all at an affordable price. When using the standard photo mode, it captures 12MP shots. The camera also offers up to 3x In-Sensor Zoom for lossless quality when using the standard photo mode. Additionally, it now features 3x In-Sensor Zoom for Portrait Mode, which produces 3x Lossless Portrait photos.
The hardware is optimized to take high-quality full 108MP Resolution photos with its dedicated "108MP Mode" in the camera app's user interface. Additionally, you can still enjoy embedded features and filters from previous generation models, such as Street Mode and Tilt-Shift for photos and Dual-View Video for video, among others.
The camera also comes equipped with an EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization) feature to help digitally avoid blurs when taking pictures and videos.
The primary 108-megapixel camera located at the back is complemented by a 2-megapixel lens, which functions as a depth sensor to assist in capturing stunning portrait shots.
Software and Performance
Regarding its specs sheet, the realme C67 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 4G octa-core processor paired with an Adreno 610 GPU, 8GB of RAM, 128GB/256GB of internal storage, and a massive 5,000mAh battery with support for USB-C 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging.
The Snapdragon 685 chipset, with its power-efficient 6nm architecture, offers advanced CPU performance and GPU capabilities for multitasking and gaming. These features allow the realme C67 phone to support all its hardware features and functions, including its 108MP camera, realme UI, Mini Capsule 2.0, and more.
realme C67 also comes with a 33W SUPERVOOC charger, which can quickly charge the device from 0% to 50% in 26 minutes and 0% to 100% in 73 minutes. The device's 5000mAh battery can last up to a full day with regular use and even up to the next morning, although results may vary.
Moreover, realme C67 has up to 16GB Total RAM thanks to up to 8GB Dynamic RAM Expansion. The RAM Expansion feature is a Virtual RAM (VRAM) technology that allows a phone to use a portion of its internal storage or memory as RAM. This helps to improve usability, reduce lags, and enhance performance. A larger RAM capacity enables more apps to be opened simultaneously with minimal stutters and delays. To expand the RAM of your realme C67, go to the phone's settings, select About phone, tap RAM, and toggle on the switch button for RAM expansion, choose among these options: 4.0 GB, 6.0 GB, or 8.0 GB, then restart the device to apply changes.
Software-wise, realme C67 runs on an Android 14 OS skinned with realme UI U Edition, which has a clean interface and smooth animations. "realme UI U Edition" is the next generation of realme UI that comes after the "realme UI T Edition" found in the realme C53 and realme C51. The user interface is based on the Android 14 operating system and is specifically made for realme C Series smartphones, bringing a very optimized overall user experience.
I've put the realme C67 to the test by playing various games such as Mobile Legends, Wild Rift, and Call of Duty Mobile. I must say, it didn't disappoint as it performed exceptionally well without any lags or frame drops.
On top of these, realme C67 takes advantage of the "Mini Capsule," which shows important service status in the top-centered punch-hole in the form of a capsule. To access this feature, go to the phone's settings, select Notifications, then click Mini Capsule. Toggle on the switch button for Mini Capsule, and you can select your desired features. Among the options are Battery status, Music, Events, Weather, Data usage, and Step stats.
The Mini Capsule on realme C67 uses the hole punch of the front camera to create an expanding animation to show the following features: Charging & Battery Status (Red when battery is low, Blue when charging, Green when fully charged), Data Usage (Notifies when 90% of set data usage per day has been reached; Yellow-colored capsule animation), Step Tracking (Tells the user the number of steps taken at the end of the day; Orange-colored capsule animation), Music Playback Control (Shows details of music currently playing along with a soundwave animation. Swipe to switch between songs), and Weather and Events Notifications (weather notifications and meeting remiders).
On our test, realme C67 achieved 314,276 points in the Antutu Benchmark V10. Here's the breakdown of its Antutu score: 116,331 (CPU), 44,311 (GPU), 80,457 (MEM), and 73,177 (UX). The battery and CPU temperatures were recorded at 37 degrees Celsius and 44.4 degrees Celsius, respectively.
I also conducted an internet speed test via fast.com. Connected to a WiFi connection (with a 300 Mbps speed plan), realme C67 recorded a super fast download speed of 380 Mbps.
Final Thoughts
The realme C67 is a quality entry-level smartphone with great value. Its impressive features make this smartphone worth every peso.
