ASUS ROG Philippines has announced the availability and pricing of its Intel 13th Gen-powered gaming laptops: Zephyrus M16, Strix SCAR 18, Strix G16, Strix G18, and TUF Gaming F15. Earlier, it revealed its AMD-powered lineup for 2023.
According to Asus ROG PH, this 2023 gaming laptop lineup features Intel's latest 13th gen processor and a lot of major updates, including next-gen GPUs, redesigned chassis, an improved intelligent cooling design, and 16- and 18-inch displays that really stand out. These models will be available in March 2023.
All-New Asus ROG Zephyrus M16
The Zephyrus M16 has been completely redesigned with a more refined feel and enhanced performance. ROG's Tri-Fan Technology, which routes air from three fans through precisely calculated cutouts to the heatsink for more efficient cooling, is made possible by the new chassis design. This allows ROG to push the top-tier Intel Core i9-13900H processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU as far as possible on the 2023 Zephyrus M16, which is 20W higher than last year's model.
The Zephyrus M16 features a Nebula HDR display powered by a Mini LED backlight with individual zones that can brighten and dim individually for excellent contrast. It has 1,024 dimming zones, up to 1,100 nits of peak brightness, and QHD resolution at a 240Hz refresh rate.
Moreover, ROG equipped M16 with a new mirror-polishing technique created with over ten steps of grinding on the sidewalls to achieve a luxurious finish. The 2023 Zephyrus M16 is the pinnacle of boutique quality when combined with the new Off Black color, which employs an exclusive nano-sandblasting finish to resist fingerprints.
The Zephyrus M16 is also the second laptop to feature ROG's renowned AniMe Matrix Display. The 16-inch canvas of the M16 allows for larger and more beautiful animations than ever before, illuminating through thousands of precision-milled holes in the chassis lid for a customizable, one-of-a-kind appearance.

2023 Strix and SCAR Lineups
The Strix series, ROG's family of most powerful laptops, is powered by the most advanced chips from Intel and NVIDIA. The Strix SCAR 18 incorporates an Intel Core i9-13980HX processor with 24 cores and 32 threads, as well as an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU with up to 175 watts of power for a total system power of 240W. Moreover, a MUX Switch with NVIDIA Advanced Optimus ensures optimal frame rates when tethered and longer battery life when untethered, without the need for manual intervention. In addition, the full-width heatsink from the Flow X16 has been enlarged for the Strix SCAR 18, Strix G16, and Strix G18 of 2023. This larger heatsink increases surface area for heat dissipation by up to 92.23 percent compared to 2022 models, and when combined with our new full-surround vents, it ensures superior airflow for the powerful internal components. ROG's new solution enables higher-than-ever TGPs for this year's next-generation CPUs and GPUs by combining Conductonaut Extreme liquid metal on both the CPU and GPU with 7 heat pipes.
The new 18-inch Strix SCAR model is equipped with up to WQXGA 240Hz displays, while the Strix 16 and 18 machines feature up to WUXGA 165Hz displays, giving you the upper hand in competitive gaming.
