How to connect my Cherry Roam device to Cherry Roam App?

1. Download the Cherry Roam app on Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android).
2. Create an account and log in.
3. Go to My Device and click Activate.
4. Scan the QR code of your device. A notification will appear upon successful pairing.
5. Once paired, the device will now reflect in your app.
6. Reboot your Cherry Roam device
7. Wait for your device to connect. It may take up to 2 minutes.

How do I check my data usage?

• For Cherry Roam G3, Cherry Roam T2 Slim, and Cherry Roam 5G U50, you can see your data usage on the screen.

• To reload, use your Cherry Roam app or go to the website (https://cherryroam.com.ph/product/reload/).
• Note that Cherry Roam accepts orders from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Philippine Standard Time (Mon-Fri), and expect maximum 2 hours of waiting time for the reloading process. Orders placed beyond 6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time will be processed the next working day. Customers who will place orders during the weekend and Philippine Regular Holidays should expect a maximum of 12 hours of waiting time.

Via Cherry Roam Voucher Card

• On your Cherry Roam mobile app, go to Data Store, then select "Top Up."
• Click "Voucher Card" and select the Scan button on the right to scan the QR code of the voucher card or manually input the 18-digit code at the back of your voucher card.
• The successful top-up message will show on your screen. Tap "Confirm" and head back to the home screen to see your loaded and updated wallet balance.

Via Credit Card

• On your Cherry Roam app, go to Data Store, then select the Top Up box.
• Choose your desired Voucher Card Load and proceed to payment.
