Rose Online: pre-download, PC specs, early access date in PH

Rose Online, a classic MMORPG PC title, is now available for pre-download ahead of early access slated for release on December 14, 2022, at 2 AM (Philippine Time). Rednim Games and Gravity Interactive also revealed the system requirements of the PC game. Check out the details below.

The Rose Online Client is available for download and installation. It comes with the Rose Online Launcher, allowing users to download the latest client version and stay up-to-date with future patches.

Rose Online PC System Requirements

Below are the PC system requirements in order to play Rose Online smoothly.

Minimum PC specs:

• OS: Windows 10 x64 v1607
• Processor: Core 2 Duo or equivalent
• Memory: 4 GB RAM
• Graphics: DirectX 9.0c compatible
• Storage: 4 GB

Recommended PC specs:

• OS: Windows 10 x64 Latest
• Processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent
• Memory: 8 GB RAM
• Graphics: GeForce GTX 400 or higher
• Storage: 4 GB

Rose Online Early Access

As announced, the server will open on December 13, 2022 (1 PM ET time) / December 14 (2 AM PH time).

Here are some important details regarding Rose Online Early Access:

• Game Release
• The team still considers the game to be in development, so it will not be advertised to the general public at this time.
• Everyone will be able to play the game. Players just need to create a free account.
• No character wipeout. All data will be retained until the official release.
• The version of the game is based on the latest naROSE before it closed. There have already been a few changes (mostly concerning the elimination of pay-to-win), performance enhancements, and bug fixes for notorious bugs.
• Most of the core features from the previous version will remain the same or at least very similar.
• Technical Info
• Multi-client is allowed—a maximum of two clients simultaneously.
• The default action bar hotkeys (shortcuts) have been changed to 1, 2, 3, and so forth, and shift-1, shift-2, shift-3, and so forth, for now.
• There will not be any IP locking. Therefore, your ability to play depends solely on the regulations or rules of your country.
• The developers are interested in bringing ROSE Online to other platforms in the future. They are already working on a Steamdeck version and improving Linux and macOS accessibility.
• Before the game's official release, the developers plan to add ROSE Online to Steam.
• The developers would love to bring the game to other platforms like mobile (iOS/Android) and consoles, but Linux/Mac is where they want to release the game first.
• Changes and Improvements
• The maximum level will be 250.
• Stat and skill resets will be available to all players through a game system rather than the item mall. For early access, players will just have a stat and a skill reset skill in their skill tab.
• The maximum party size has been increased to 10.
• There will only be cosmetic items and quality-of-life perks for sale on the item mall. Costumes will not provide extra stats.
• A premium account will only get a couple of quality-of-life features but nothing that would be considered pay-to-win.
• The developers added a quest tracker.
• Stat tooltips explaining the effect have already been added.
• They added a target HP bar at the top of the screen.
• Economy and Loot
• All blue items no longer bind. Quest items and specific endgame items will still bind to your character. Also, IM items will bind to your account.
• There will be no marketplace or auction house.
• The main materials for refining will remain unchanged. However, the success chances have been increased, and items can no longer be broken (to make up for the removal of p2w refining materials). This change makes refining higher-level items significantly less frustrating.
• Gameplay
• The buffs have been slightly reshuffled and redistributed across the various jobs such that there are no longer any duplicates between jobs.
• Over the course of early access, each job will be examined, polished, or overhauled individually.
• The base movement speed for all characters has been increased from 450 to 700.

Rose Online Overview

The ROSE Online world's seven planets were created by the goddess Arua. However, Hebarn, the god of malice, conquered and renamed the seventh planet after himself. Arua created the Visitors to protect the other planets from Hebarn and sent them to Junon, the first planet of Rose Online.

It is also known as Rush On Seven Episodes Online. It is a level-up-based MMORPG with anime-inspired visuals and a cute game environment. Dealer, Hawker, Muse, and Soldier are the basic jobs/classes.

The players prepare for upcoming battles by fighting monsters, leveling up their characters, acquiring new skills, and obtaining equipment. In addition to exploring new environments and planets, players also engage in combat with other players and declare war on other clans. The game features an economy that is directly controlled by players.
