Antutu has issued the top 10 best performing flagship and mid-range phones for November 2019. AnTuTu Benchmark is a popular benchmark app for Android devices. It is used to test several parts of the phone including UX, CPU, RAM, GPU, and IO, and assigns an overall score.
The phones that they included in the list required to have at least 1,000 units running Antutu benchmark V8 from November 1 to November 30, 2019. The average score was then used for the top 10 list (flagship and mid-range).

Compared to last year's Antutu's List of Best Performance Android Phones for August 2018, there are some phones not included in the list, probably because of several factors (didn't achieved the 1000 units required by Antutu, discountinued series, schedule of phone release doesn't meet the Nov. 1-30 requirement, didn't reached the top 10, etc.). These phones that didn't make to the list are Vivo, Meizu and Smartisan.
Just a reminder, benchmark scores are just numbers and actual performance is dependent on the usage and comfort of the user.
