How to Check Current TM Points Balance

Sharing of Points from TM Rewards is unavailable. Here's the message usually received by subscribers attempting to share points: "We're sorry but your request cannot be processed at this time. We'll update you once the service becomes available. Thank you." Here's a sample SMS format for sharing points: SHARE <space> 11-digit mobile number that you want to send points <space> no. of points, then send to 4438. Example: text SHARE 09279999999 20 to 4438. 1 Peso per transaction will be charged to the sender. You can share up to five (5) times a day.
Meanwhile, you can still gift a promo using your TM Rewards points by following these steps: Dial *143# then navigate > Rewards > Gifting > then enter the 10-digit number (example: 9271111111) of the person that will receive your gift > after the number has been submitted, select the promo from the list of Telco Products that you want to gift. You can send rewards 3 times a day (max of 500 points).
